The heating was not great during my stay, and I had to ask for extra blankets multiple times. the location appeared sketchy and unsafe, especially at night.

It’s located in a very convenient area near the main attractions of the city. We had some difficulty finding the hotel due to the confusing streets of the old town. we received assistance from a friendly local and eventually found our way.

the rooms were spacious, colorful, and had stunning views from the windows. the customer service is top, notch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. the location is excellent, very central, and in the middle of all the action. We also enjoyed the hamman experience, it was fantastic.

The hotel did not have an elevator, and the stairs were a bit challenging to climb, especially for those with mobility issues. the hotel's spa was located in another property, which took some time getting used to, but they offered a hassle, free walking distance to reach it.
